We are shortlisted for Game Producer of the Year at the BiS Awards. Our flagship crash title, AVION Supersonic, is shortlisted for Crash Game of the Year.
This is not a press release about an award.
It is a press release about what happens when a studio decides that "good enough" is the most dangerous phrase in the industry.
We are Lambda Gaming. And we have one rule that predates every game we have ever built, every engine we have ever written, every operator we have ever signed: Challenge the Ordinary. Not as an ambition. As a filter. Every decision, every build, every brief runs through it. If it does not challenge something, it does not leave the studio.
That filter produced AVION Supersonic.
Not because the market asked for a faster crash game. The market had stopped asking. It had accepted dead seconds between rounds, idle time between plays, and interrupted sessions as the natural rhythm of the format. It had mistaken a structural flaw for a design choice.
We did not accept it. We fixed it.
The Supersonic Engine eliminated idle time at the architectural level.
Not a patch. Not a feature. A ground-up rebuild of how crash rounds are generated, delivered, and experienced.
The result runs
Players noticed before the industry did.
The BiS Awards shortlists for Game Producer of the Year and Crash Game of the Year are the industry arriving at the same conclusion the players reached months ago.
We are proud of both nominations, but not surprised by either.
"Challenge the Ordinary is the operating system, not the slogan. AVION Supersonic is what happens when you apply it to a problem the market stopped questioning. We are proud of both nominations and we intend to make the most of them," said David Nardaia, CEO, Lambda Gaming.
The ordinary has been challenged. The shortlist is the receipt. The trophy is next.
