Junior Digital Communications Specialist

Content Development: Collaborate with writers and designers to develop engaging content for our digital platforms, including posts and blogs. Generate innovative content ideas to captivate our audience.
Personnel Management: Oversee and coordinate team members involved in content creation, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet our high-quality standards.
Internal Communication: Organize small-scale internal campaigns and events, such as sweepstakes, to boost morale and engagement among our internal team.

Requirements
- Third / Fourth year student of marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset and ability to generate compelling content ideas.
- Basic project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or communications is a plus
