What will your day-to-day look like?

Project Planning: Lead the planning and initiation of new gaming projects, defining scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address project risks.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including team members, budget, and equipment, to achieve project goals efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, including developers, designers, artists, and quality assurance testers.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that games meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and player experience.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, including executives, to provide project updates and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
